Terms of service
The terms on which Three Angels Seventh-day Adventist Church offers this site and its studies.
Last updated September 2026.
Agreeing to these
Using the site means accepting what is below. If you do not, please do not register. They sit alongside the privacy policy, which describes what the site records about you.
What this is
A video Bible study offered free of charge by the congregations of the Three Angels Seventh-day Adventist Church district. There is nothing to buy here, no subscription and no fee. It is offered as a work of ministry rather than as a commercial service.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or over to hold an account of your own.
- Give a real name and an address you can receive mail at — a group leader needs to know who is in their group, and the sign-in and reset links go to that address.
- The account is yours. Do not share the password or let somebody else use it.
- Tell us if you think somebody else has got into it.
What you write
The notes you take and the answers you give in the exercises remain yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the leader of your group and to the administrators described in the privacy policy, which is what makes studying together work. We will not publish them, sell them, or use them for anything else.
Please do not post:
- Anything unlawful, abusive, harassing or hateful.
- Somebody else’s personal information.
- Material you do not have the right to share.
- Anything designed to disrupt the site or the people using it.
A group leader or an administrator may remove something that breaks this, and may remove somebody from a group.
The studies themselves
The films, study guides, worksheets and captions are the copyright of their producers and are licensed to the district for this use. You are welcome to watch them, to study them with your group, and to point somebody at this site.
You may not:
- Download, re-record, re-host or redistribute the films.
- Charge anybody for access to them.
- Strip the material out and present it as your own.
- Work around the links that expire, the sign-in, or anything else that limits access.
If you would like to use the material beyond studying it — showing it at another church, for instance — write to us and ask. The answer is usually yes.
Groups
Congregations decide who may start a group at their church, and a group may be reviewed before it appears. Leading a group means seeing the progress, answers and notes of the people in it; treat that as what it is, which is somebody trusting you with what they are working through.
Availability
We will keep the site running as well as we can, and we do not promise it will never be down. Studies, exercises and the material attached to them may change or be withdrawn.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used to harm somebody. Where it is not urgent we will say why first.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
The site and the studies are offered as they are, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or counselling advice.
To the extent the law allows, Three Angels Seventh-day Adventist Church is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Which law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Connecticut, United States, and its courts are where a dispute would be heard.
Changes, and reaching us
If these terms change materially the date at the top changes and we will say so on the site. Continuing to use it after that means accepting the new terms.
